Solar street light battery assembly structure: The solar battery module belongs to the outdoor installation component, and its reliability depends largely on its anti-corrosion, anti-aging, moisture-proof, anti-shock performance, etc., which requires the packaging structure and edge sealing effect of the solar battery component. And the quality of the junction box on the back of the component meets certain design requirements. At present, the package structure of the solar cell module is: glass-EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-solar cell-EVA-TPT film (weather resistant composite fluoroplastic film) laminated package, reassembling wires, junction box, edge seal With a gold frame and aluminum frame, the battery and junction box can be directly connected by wires. The materials, parts and structures used in the manufacturing process of the components are consistent in life and will not cause the entire assembly to fail due to a single damage.

a. Glass: Low-iron tempered glass (also known as white glass) with a thickness of 3.2mm and a light transmittance of over 91%. The glass is also resistant to radiation from the sun's ultraviolet light, and the light transmittance does not decrease.

b. EVA: A high-quality EVA film with a thickness of 0.5 mm added with an anti-UV agent, an antioxidant and a curing agent is used as a sealing agent for the solar cell and a connecting agent with the glass and TPT. It has high light transmittance and anti-aging ability.

c, TPT: the back of the solar cell: the cover of the fluoroplastic film is white, reflecting the sunlight, so the efficiency of the component is slightly improved, and because of its high infrared emissivity, it can also reduce the work of the component. Temperature is also beneficial to improve the efficiency of the components. Of course, the fluoroplastic film first has the basic requirements of aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and air resistance required by the solar cell packaging material.

d. Frame: The aluminum alloy frame used has high strength and strong resistance to mechanical shock.
